1.     Description: The 15’x15’ “Taylor”Kitchen Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins on February 27, 2026 at 12:00 noonCST and concludes on May 8, 2026 at 11:59pm CST (the “Promotional Period”). ThePromotion provides eligible participants a chance to win a 15’ x 15’ “Taylor”Kitchen and installation.

2.             Eligibility. Eligibility for this promotion is limited to legal residents of the states of Kansas or Missouri. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Additionally, the site where the Prize is to be installed, should the entrant win, must be a residential property located within the specified counties: Jackson, Clay, or Platte in Missouri; or Johnson,Wyandotte, or Leavenworth in Kansas. Winner selection may also be limited, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, to 25 miles from Sponsor.

Entrants must be the legal property owners of the residential site where the prize will be installed. The site must be level, accessible and clear of debris, structures or other obstacles.  Participation in this promotion constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, including the Installation Terms and Conditions as detailed herein.

3.             How to Enter. To enter, go to www.americanbrothershardscapes.com (“Event Webpage”) to enter using an online web form, or complete an entry format event. All entries must be received in accordance with these Official Rules. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, or any other methods will void such Entrant's entry and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion.All information provided by Entrants becomes the property of Sponsor.

Limit one entry per household regardless of method of entry.Misdirected, lost, late, inaccurate, incomplete, or illegible entries are not the responsibility of the Sponsor and are void. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors, promotional partners, and members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.

4.             Winner Selection. The Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received. Notification will be made via telephone or email, and the potential winner must respond within 10 business days to avoid forfeiture. If unresponsive, an alternate winner will be drawn from the remaining entries.

The potential winner must complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, site photo, liability and publicity releases (where legal), government-issued ID, and proof of property ownership within 10 business days. Failure to comply results in forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner.

The Sponsor will conduct a site inspection to ensure the desired kitchen location complies with these rules and is eligible for Prize delivery. If for any reason the prize is unclaimed, undeliverable, declined, or if eligibility is breached, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing among the remaining eligible entries.

The Sponsor is not liable for notification failures due to technical or electronic malfunctions and may disqualify entrants not adhering to OfficialRules. Sponsor's decisions on eligibility and rule compliance are binding and final.

5.             Prizes and Odds. One (1) grand prize winner will receive one (1) 15’ x 15’ “Taylor”Kitchen including materials and installation (estimated retail value of grand prize: $18,000). Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted.Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery. Taxes, fees and any other costs not explicitly described herein, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6.             Prize Acceptance: The winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in theseOfficial Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In addition to these rules, the winner will be required to sign a customer work order contract to initiate the project, which may include additional terms and conditions related to labor, timelines, warranty, and other relevant aspects of the installation service.

7.    Installation Terms and Conditions:

I.Sponsor Responsibilities: The Sponsor agrees to provide and install a 15’ x 15’ “Taylor” Kitchen at the winner's property. This includes the supply of all necessary materials and labor exclusively for the installation of the “Taylor” Kitchen itself.

II.Winner Responsibilities: The Winner agrees to provide a designated area for “Taylor” Kitchen installation that is flat, level, and free from any obstructions or structures (including but not limited to sheds, fences, walkways, trees, etc.). Preparation of the property to meet these conditions is the sole responsibility of the Winner.

III.Exclusions: The Sponsor is not responsible for and will not undertake:

     - Removal of any existing structures, obstructions, or debris from the installation site.

            - Removal or relocation of cables, plumbing, drains, plants, trees, rocks or landscaping materials.

           -Excavation or dirt removal.

1. Additional Work: If additional work is necessary to prepare the property for the “Taylor” Kitchen installation, the Winner may arrange for the completion of such work independently before Prize installation OR request the sponsor to perform the additional work at a separate cost to be agreed upon in advance. This will be billed separately and is not included in the promotional prize.

2. Site Inspection: Prior to installation, the Sponsor reserves the right to inspect the site to ensure it meets the necessary conditions. If the site is deemed unsuitable for any reason, the Winner must remedy the issues before installation can proceed or forfeit the prize. Condition of site suitability may only be determined by the Sponsor.

3. Liability: The Sponsor is not liable for any damage or costs associated with the preparation of the installation site, nor for any delays resulting from the Winner’s failure to prepare the site in accordance with these terms.

4. Agreement: Participation in the Promotion and acceptance of the Prize constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.

8.             Entry Disqualification.  Sponsor is not responsible for, nor is Sponsor required to count, in its sole and absolute discretion, late, lost, misdirected, unlawful or illicit entries submitted that are achieved through any fraudulent means, unsportsmanlike conduct or in a manner otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to eliminate any entries to the Promotion if Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines that an Entrant is not abiding by these Official Rules or is otherwise acting in an unsportsmanlike or inappropriate manner.

9.             Limitation of Liability.  The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the Promotion at its sole discretion if its integrity is compromised or if it cannot be conducted as planned, without notice or liability. In such cases, a notice will be posted, and a random drawing may occur from all eligible entries received before the event. Entrants who tamper with the entry process or compromise the Promotion’ integrity, as determined by the Sponsor, may be disqualified from this and future promotions.The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any damage to an Entrant's computer or data, errors in Promotion materials, or any malfunctions or errors in connection with the Promotion. This includes technical issues, network failures, or human errors. Automated entry software is prohibited, and its use will result in disqualification. The Sponsor is not liable for undeliverable electronic communications due to filtering or lack of space in the Entrant’s email account.

10.          Release and Indemnity.  By participating in this Giveaway, entrants and Prize Winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and release the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, related entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Indemnities”) from any and all liability, actual or claimed, for losses, harm, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to the Giveaway. This includes, but is not limited to, liability for property damage, personal injury, death, claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, and issues in prize quality, condition, or fitness. Entrants also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Indemnities against any claims, losses, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from any breach of these Official Rules or participation in this Promotion. This indemnification covers all aspects of the Promotion, including any suspension, modification, or cancellation, as well as any liability related to personal injury, damages, or loss.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL INDEMNITEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING,BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS.

11.          Governing Law. The promotion and the rights and obligations of the Sponsor and the participants will be governed and controlled by the laws of the State ofKansas. All actions, proceedings, and litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted solely within the courts of the State of Kansas, whether federal or state, and the parties’ consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Kansas with respect to any action, dispute, or other matter pertaining to or arising out of this promotion.
